Terms and Conditions for Giveaway:
This giveaway is open to registered and operational small businesses nationwide within the United States. Each business is allowed only one entry. To participate, businesses must complete the designated entry form and meet all eligibility requirements. NorthMade Marketing reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete or inaccurate entries. The giveaway will run from August 30, 2024, through September 14, 2024. The winner will be selected based on the business’s need for a website redesign and their readiness to proceed with the project. The prize includes one premium Squarespace website design, valued at approximately $3,000. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in the selection of an alternate winner. The winning business must be prepared to start the website design process within 30 days of notification. If unable to proceed within this timeframe, NorthMade Marketing reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternate winner. Additional features, customizations, or services beyond the scope of this offer will be subject to additional fees payable by the winning business. The final website design will be the property of the winning business; however, NorthMade Marketing reserves the right to feature the design in its portfolio, on its website, and in promotional materials. The winning business is required to provide all branding elements and web copy. If branding or web copy is not provided, the project may be delayed, or additional fees may apply. The business is encouraged to provide its own images. In the absence of provided images, NorthMade Marketing will use royalty-free stock images and is not responsible for any copyright claims or disputes arising from the use of these images. The winner is responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own web hosting and domain name. A Squarespace plan will be necessary to connect the domain and make the website live. NorthMade Marketing is not responsible for any issues arising from the connection or transfer of domains, changes in URL structures, or the use of new content, which may impact SEO. NorthMade Marketing will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. NorthMade Marketing reserves the right to modify or terminate this giveaway at any time without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Washington State, and any disputes arising from this giveaway will be resolved in the courts of Washington State. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood them.
